Who We Are
Vertech Marketing is a Web Design Agency and Advertising Agency that was founded by Jarret Verwimp. Jarret started building hand coded websites prior to 2000. He obtained a Degree in New Media in 2005 which crystallized his expertise in 2D and 3D design. After completing his degree, he pursed his passion game development until realizing it couldn’t provide the lifestyle he wanted. From there he went on to work various construction and renovation jobs until he decided to go back to school and pursue a career as a geologist / geophysicist working in oil, gas, and mining exploration. During the downturn in the oil industry in Canada in the mid 2010’s, Jarret switched focus and began working in Marketing and Web Design, with roles such as Marketing Manager working on Luxury brands and a Project Manager at a local Marketing and Web Design Agency. More recently, Jarret Completed a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and works part time as a counselling therapist. Because of Jarret’s diverse experience Vertech Marketing & Web Design understands a wide variety of business’ needs and speaks their client’s language.
